After 12 years spent working in major international companies, I felt an inner calling toward a different path — one of holistic health, which considers the human being in their entirety.
Curious and passionate, I explored various disciplines such as naturopathy, the impact of nutrition on vitality, and breathing techniques… until I took a decisive step and trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Faculté Libre d’Énergétique Traditionnelle Chinoise (FLETC) in Lyon.
A milestone in my journey was a one-month clinical internship in Beijing at the WHO Traditional Medicine Cooperation Center. There, I had the opportunity to observe and practice acupuncture in several hospitals specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine, while following intensive courses on its foundations and applications.
I also hold a Diploma in Diet and Nutritional Advising (Stonebridge College 2013-2014), as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics – Supply Chain specialization (University of Economics in Katowice, Poland 2010-2013) and a Master’s degree in Project Management (University of Mulhouse, France 2017-2019). These academic achievements enrich my work by combining structure, organization, and a global approach to health.
For me, Traditional Chinese Medicine is far more than a science — it is a way of life, a continuous learning process that unites energetic harmonization (acupuncture, dietetics, QiGong, herbal medicine) with Taoist wisdom and the subtle balance of Yin and Yang.
With this clear vision and deep respect, I opened my practice, a place where I warmly guide each person on their unique path toward balance and holistic well-being.
In parallel, I nurture my passion for painting, another way for me to cultivate harmony, sensitivity, and connection with the living world.
